Spaghetti with Parmesan and Bacon
For a tasty weeknight dinner, combine your favorite spaghetti with a straightforward yet flavorful mixture of bacon, Parmesan cheese, avocado oil, and garlic.
Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.
Spaghetti should be cooked in boiling water for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but still firm to the bite.
Drain.
Over medium-high heat, add the bacon to a large skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, or until evenly browned.
On paper towels, dry off the bacon slices.
Break up into little pieces.
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Over medium heat, warm the avocado oil in a sizable skillet.
Add the spaghetti, milk mixture, peas, and garlic; cook and stir for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the spaghetti is thoroughly coated in the milk mixture.
Bacon and Parmesan cheese are stirred in.
Parsley is a garnish.
