Stuffed Mushrooms with Sour Cream
An easy yet fancy air fryer appetizer, these bite-size stuffed mushrooms are bursting with bacon, vegetables, sour cream, and ample cheese.

In a skillet over medium heat, add the mushroom stems, orange bell pepper, onion, carrot, and bacon.

For about 5 minutes, cook and stir until softened.

Add 1 cup of Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mix well.

Cook for 2 minutes, or until cheese has melted.

Set air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Put the mushroom caps in a row on the baking sheet.

Fill each mushroom cap with stuffing in a heaping fashion.

1 1/2 tablespoons of Cheddar cheese should be added.

Put the tray of mushrooms in the air fryer’s basket.

Cook for about 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
