Coffee soaked ladyfingers layered with a custard of sweetened mascarpone cheese with a hint of brandy.
Egg yolks and sugar are beaten with an electric mixer in a sizable mixing bowl until light yellow, about one minute.
Mascarpone, brandy, and vanilla are blended in until smooth.
Egg whites should be beaten in a different bowl until stiff but not dry.
Add egg whites and combine with mascarpone.
Place ladyfingers in a 9×13-inch baking dish after quickly dipping each one in cooled coffee.
15 cookies should be used to cover the dish’s bottom.
The cookie crust should be covered with half of the mascarpone mixture, then the chocolate should be added.
Repeat layering the cheese and soaked cookies.
Before serving, cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill for 4 or more hours.
