Tofu and Ground Pork with Peas
Green peas, green onions, ground pork, and tofu are quickly stir-fried with these ingredients and make a delicious rice topping.
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
In hot oil, cook and stir green onions, garlic, and ginger for about a minute or until fragrant.
As you stir, crumble ground pork into the skillet, chopping it up with the back of a wooden spoon.
Pour soy sauce over the pork mixture, and cook and stir for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the pork is thoroughly browned.
Peas should soften for 3 to 5 minutes after being stirred into the pork mixture.
Tofu should be heated through, about 3 minutes after being folded into the pork mixture.
