Turkish Orange Salad with Mediterranean Dressing
Oranges, olives, and a simple Mediterranean dressing make a perfect Turkish orange salad appetizer that follows the clean eating principles.
For a stable cutting surface, cut a tiny piece off the top and bottom of each orange.
Use a small, sharp knife to carefully remove all skin and pith from the fruit.
Oranges should be sliced horizontally and placed on a serving platter.
In a bowl, combine the salt, lemon juice, onion, and olive oil.
Pour the mixture over the oranges.
Place black olives on top of the salad and sprinkle it with fresh pepper.
