Tasty, traditional white wine gravy enriched with turkey drippings, rosemary, and dry wine in this recipe that is full of flavor and easy to make.
Put the turkey drippings in a big saucepan after passing them through a fine mesh sieve.
1 cup of drippings should be saved in a bowl.
Over low heat, add white wine, rosemary, and black pepper to the pan drippings and bring to a simmer.
To cook off the alcohol and harmonize the flavors, simmer the mixture for about 20 minutes.
Stir the cornstarch into the bowl’s drippings before adding it to the hot gravy.
Allow the gravy to simmer for 3 minutes or until it thickens.
Add salt to taste, then remove any large rosemary pieces before serving.
