World’s Best (Now Vegetarian!) Lasagna
We guarantee that meat eaters won’t miss the meat in this vegetarian version of our most famous lasagna recipe.
In a Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium heat.
Stirring frequently, add the onion and garlic, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until soft.

Bring to a boil; lower heat, cover, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until thickened while stirring occasionally.
Large pot of lightly salted water should be brought to a boil.
For 8 to 10 minutes, add the lasagna noodles.
After draining, rinse the noodles in cold water.
Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
Egg ricotta, the remaining 2 tablespoons of parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon salt are combined in a bowl in the meantime.
