Meatloaf Muffins
Easy to make meatloaf in individually sized muffins.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Grease a 12-cup muffin pan sparingly.
In a bowl, combine the ground beef soup, onion, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
Distribute the mixture evenly among the muffin tins.
Bake for one hour at the preheated oven’s minimum setting of 160 degrees Fahrenheit (70 degrees C).
If preferred, after 50 minutes of baking, remove from oven, drizzle ketchup over each muffin, and then put them back in for an additional 10 minutes.
