Chocolate muffins made with cocoa and chocolate chips are full of chocolaty goodness! A little plain yogurt in the batter makes them super moist.

Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).

Use paper muffin liners to line 12 muffin cups.

3/4 cup chocolate chips and flour.

In a big bowl, combine the baking soda and cocoa powder.

In a different bowl, whisk the yoghurt, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

When the batter is barely combined, pour the yoghurt mixture into the chocolate mixture and stir.

Place the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top of the 3/4-filled muffin cups that have been prepared.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Fresh asparagus gives green bean amandine a makeover, making it the ideal substitution while asparagus is in season.

A large nonstick skillet should be preheated on medium-high.

Add the almond slices and shake the pan gently for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the almonds are lightly toasted.

Watch carefully to avoid burning.

Aside the almonds.

Use the same skillet to add butter and olive oil.

Stir the oil and butter together in the skillet for about a minute.

Salt and pepper the asparagus spears before adding them.

Gently stir and turn the asparagus in the skillet for 4 to 6 minutes, or until it is tender-crisp.

Onto a serving plate after transfer.

In the warm skillet, combine the remaining butter and oil with the bread crumbs.

Stir for 1 to 2 minutes, or until slightly browned.

Add lemon juice to the prepared asparagus.

Add browned bread crumbs and toasted almonds as a garnish.

Broccoli rabe is sauteed in olive oil with garlic and red pepper flakes in this simple but tasty Sicilian-style side dish ready in minutes.

Cut thick lower stems off broccoli rabe and peel.

Reserve florets and leaves.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil garlic and red pepper flakes; saute until fragrant about 45 seconds.

Add stems; saute until coated with oil about 45 seconds.

Pour in water; continue cooking until stems are mostly tender 3 to 4 minutes.

Stir in florets leaves and salt.

Cover skillet and cook until tender about 5 minutes.

Transfer broccoli rabe and its juices to a serving bowl.

Top with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Peel seed and cube the cantaloupe.

Place cantaloupe and 1/2 cup orange juice in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth.

Transfer to large bowl.

Stir in lime juice cinnamon and remaining orange juice.

Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Garnish with mint if desired.

A family favorite will emerge quickly: grilled Hawaiian chicken marinated in a coconut-soy sauce concoction.

Combine water and soy sauce.

In a large glass or ceramic bowl, combine the coconut milk, brown sugar, green onions, white onions, sesame oil, and garlic.

Chicken thighs should be added and coated evenly.

Wrap the bowl in plastic wrap and marinate for four to eight hours in the fridge.

Lightly oil the grill grate and preheat the grill to medium heat.

Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the marinade.

Cook chicken on the preheated grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until the juices run clear and the centre is no longer pink.

In the centre, an instant-read thermometer should register at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees C)

This delicious herb bread is made with a hearty portion of Romano cheese and a winning combination of Italian herbs. Pizza can also be made with the dough.

Mix warm water sugar and yeast together in a large bowl; let sit until mixture is foamy about 5 minutes.

Stir 3 cups flour Romano cheese olive oil salt basil oregano garlic powder and onion powder into yeast mixture.

Gradually mix in remaining 3 cups flour until incorporated; dough will be stiff.

Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and rubbery 5 to 10 minutes.

Place dough into an oiled bowl and turn until the surface is coated.

Cover with a damp dish towel and let rise until doubled in volume about 1 hour.

Punch dough down to release air; shape into two loaves.

Place each loaf into a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.

Let rise until doubled in volume about 30 minutes.

I have tried and tried meatloaf recipes they all fall apart before you get them out of the pan. This meatloaf is very good and sticks together to be served. Leftover meatloaf makes wonderful sandwiches with mayonnaise.

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

The bell pepper, onion, and celery should be combined in a food processor or blender.

Blend until very finely chopped but still dry.

Place in a sizable bowl.

Add the milk, onion soup mix, salt, pepper, sage, and cracker crumbs to the ground beef, pork, and beef.

If you have a stand mixer, use the paddle attachment to thoroughly combine the ingredients with your hands.

Place in a 9×5-inch loaf pan and shape into a loaf with a mound in the middle.

Put a thick layer of ketchup on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.

Serve warm.

Slice leftovers, then serve them cold in sandwiches.
