You’ll be pleasantly surprised by how delicious apples and eggs taste cooked together! Serve warm with maple syrup or apple butter.

Melt butter in a sizable frying pan or skillet over medium heat.

Apples should be added and sauteed until soft but not fully cooked.

A medium-sized skillet or an omelet pan should be heated.

Eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and sugar are whisked together.

Fill the omelet pan with the egg mixture.

Place half of the apple mixture on top of the eggs once the bottom of the omelet has started to set.

Fold over the omelet cover after the bottom of the omelet has finished cooking.

Serve warm, topped or accompanied by the remaining apples.

A hearty stew with plenty of vegetables and a subtle orange twist. Great on a cold winter day.

Lightly dust meat with flour.

Half of the oil should be heated over medium-high heat in a big skillet.

Cook meat in batches for 6 to 8 minutes or until evenly browned, adding more oil as necessary.

Move to a sizable oven-safe casserole.

Drain the majority of the skillet’s oil.

Garlic and thyme should be sautéed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the garlic is soft.

Add tomatoes stock and vinegar, stirring to remove any browned bits while forking the tomatoes.

Once at a boil, pour over the meat.

Orange juice, pepper, and orange rind should be added.

Casserole dish is covered.

Bake for one hour at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Add onions, mushrooms, and carrots after mixing.

For 40 minutes, bake.

To make the crust combine the flour salt cold butter and cold shortening in the bowl of a food processor.

Pulse until the butter and shortening are the size of small peas.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Add the coconut water and rum 1 tablespoon at a time tossing with a fork to mix.

When the mixture can be squeezed into a ball wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Grease an 8-inch pie pan.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch circle.

Carefully transfer the dough to the pie pan.

Trim the edges and fold the dough under itself; crimp the crust.

Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Prepare this wholesome, easy take on Olive Garden’s pasta e fagioli in a slow cooker, made with ground turkey, ditalini, beans, and vegetables.

A large skillet should be heated to medium-high.

Cook and stir ground turkey with onion, celery, and garlic in a hot skillet for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the turkey is browned and crumbly.

Drain and get rid of grease.

Put in a slow cooker.

Add the tomato sauce, kidney beans, and great northern beans.

salt, pepper, cayenne, and basil, thyme, and oregano.

Stir thoroughly and cover.

Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours until reduced and thickened.

While waiting, heat up a sizable pot of water that has been lightly salted.

For 11 minutes or until the pasta is tender but still firm to the bite, add the pasta and stir occasionally.

Add to the soup after draining.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Brown together the beef green pepper onion and garlic until the meat is no longer pink and the vegetables have softened about 8 minutes.

Drain liquid from pan.

Stir in tomatoes tomato sauce rice salt basil oregano and the cayenne white and black pepper (adding more pepper to taste if desired).

Spread mixture into an ungreased 9×12-inch baking pan.

Top with cabbage and Colby cheese.

Cover and bake in preheated oven for 65 to 75 minutes or until the rice is tender.

My fisherman’s pie gives you flaky cod mingled with spinach in a garlic and lemon sauce underneath a browned crust of creamy, buttery potatoes. It tastes fantastic.

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil; add potatoes to boiling water and cook until very tender about 20 minutes.

Drain well.

Mash in 3 tablespoons butter until thoroughly combined.

Season with nutmeg salt black pepper and cayenne pepper.

Mash 1/2 cup milk into potato mixture until smooth.

Drizzle olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat add spinach and season with a big pinch of salt.

Cook stirring occasionally until spinach has wilted about 1 minute.

Transfer to a bowl lined with paper towels to wick away excess moisture.
