Amazing Vegan Oatmeal Cookies
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these vegan oatmeal cookies made without dairy or eggs are a delicious treat.
Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
In a big bowl, combine confectioners’ sugar and brown margarine sugar; use an electric mixer to beat until creamy.
Add the water, vanilla extract, and flax seeds.
Add baking powder and flour.
Oats, coconut, cinnamon, and cloves are folded in.
Add apricots and chocolate chips.
Place the dough on baking sheets after forming it into small balls.
Make a slight flattening motion with your hand’s palm.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
