Caraway Rye Bread (for the bread machine)
This light rye loaf for the bread machine has lots of caraway seeds and is sweetened with both brown sugar and molasses.
In the order recommended by the manufacturer, add yeast, lukewarm water, milk powder, salt, brown sugar, molasses, whole wheat flour, bread flour, rye flour, and caraway seeds to the pan of a bread machine.
Choose the 2-pound loaf size and the Grain setting.
