Oven-Baked Cod with Bread Crumbs
This is a quick and easy recipe for baked cod with a delicious herbed bread crumb crust that is ready to eat in 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
Cod fillets should be placed in a baking dish and lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the water and fish bouillon cube.
Pour over the cod after stirring the mixture.
Crumbled bread crumbs, butter, parsley, dill, tarragon, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Over the cod, evenly sprinkle.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden and crunchy.
