Crispy Sweet Potato Bake
Buttery pecans are placed on top of mashed sweet potatoes, which are then baked until crisp.
Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
Make a casserole dish greased.
To boil, add salted water to a large pot with the sweet potatoes inside.
Simmer for about 20 minutes until tender, reducing heat to medium-low.
Shake and drain.
Transfer 3 cups of the mashed sweet potatoes to a big bowl.

Pour into the prepared casserole dish after mixing 1/2 cup buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl with an electric hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Pecans in a bowl should be covered with 1/3 cup melted butter after stirring.
Add the flour and combine by stirring.
Over the sweet potato mixture, sprinkle the pecan mixture.
