Egg White Breakfast Casserole
For a quick breakfast every morning, prepare this egg white casserole with turkey sausage, vegetables, and Cheddar cheese at the beginning of the week.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
A casserole dish should be sprayed with nonstick cooking oil.
In a bowl, combine the egg whites, yogurt, salt, and pepper.
Fill the dish with the liquid.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the mixture begins to set.
In the meantime, cook mushrooms and onion in a pan for 5 to 10 minutes, or until soft.
Distribute tomato, sausage crumbles, and mushroom mixture over the par-baked egg layer.
Add Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
