Famous Butter Chicken
These butter chicken breasts are baked in butter until the insides are tender and the outsides are crunchy after being covered in seasoned cracker crumbs.
Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
Put the eggs and cracker crumbs in two separate shallow bowls.
Garlic, pepper, and cracker crumbs should be combined.
After coating the chicken with the crumb mixture, dip it in the eggs.
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange the coated chicken.
