Fantastic Lemon Butter Fillet
Butter, lemon, and garlic are the keys to a simple, rich preparation for fish.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and flakes of parsley.
up to a boil.
For about 10 minutes, cook and stir until thickened.
On a medium baking sheet, arrange the cod fillets in a single layer.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper after applying half of the butter mixture.
Wrap in foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
To serve the fish, drizzle the remaining butter mixture over it.
