Holiday Peanut Butter Whiskey Balls
Boozy, sweet, and rich, this recipe for peanut butter whiskey balls is the perfect sweet bite with a kick for the holidays.
Vanilla wafers are ground into fine crumbs in a food processor and then transferred to a large bowl.
Add chopped peanuts to the crumbs after processing in a food processor until very fine.
Add salt, whiskey, honey, peanut butter, and 1 cup of powdered sugar to the crumb-peanut mixture.
Create 20 1 1/2-inch balls from the mixture.
