savory and hot pork chorizo with red pepper, oregano, vinegar, and garlic. You can also make this with ground beef. Crumble in a skillet and fry to prepare.
Garlic, oregano, vinegar, red pepper flakes, and water should all be put in a blender.
Until smooth, blend.
Pour the mixture over the ground pork in a bowl; cover and chill all day.
Any accumulated water should be poured off.
For later use, refrigerate or freeze.
