Moo Shu Pork for Two

Moo Shu Pork for Two
A traditional Chinese dish called “moo shu pork” is a stir-fry of pork, mushrooms, and noodles that is served with Chinese pancakes. Although this recipe serves two, it can easily be increased.

A small skillet or square Japanese omelette pan should be heated over medium heat.

Spread the beaten egg evenly after adding it to the skillet.

Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until just set.

To cool, transfer to a cutting board covered with paper towels.

Add salt, black pepper, and Sichuan pepper to the pork.

Place aside.

Add warm water to a bowl and add the cloud ear mushrooms.

Noodles should be put in a different bowl with warm water covering them.

Give the mushrooms and noodles about five minutes to soak up the liquid and become soft.

Slice the drained mushrooms into thin strips.

Cut the drained noodles into shorter lengths.
