For a gorgeous (and speedy!) vegetarian main dish, sliced polenta is layered with marinara sauce, pesto, mozzarella cheese, and pine nuts.

Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).

An 11x7x2 inch baking dish should be oil.

Put a single layer of polenta in the bottom of the baking dish that has been prepared.

Pesto should be applied over the polenta in a thin layer.

Transform the polenta with half of the sauce.

Add one more layer of polenta and sauce on top.
