Salted Chocolate Cookies
Any chocolate lover will find these big, soft, chocolaty, fudgy cookies irresistible because the sea salt elevates them to a whole new level.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Spray cooking spray on two large baking sheets and line them with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
Cook the butter in a saucepan for three to five minutes, or until it has completely melted.
Stir in the chocolate chips until they are completely melted.
Get rid of the heat.
In a bowl, mash together brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until creamy.
A small amount of the chocolate mixture should be added to the egg mixture, and it should be thoroughly combined.
Add the remaining chocolate mixture gradually while constantly stirring to prevent curdling of the eggs.
Just combine the flour mixture before incorporating it.
