This hearty slow cooker steak chili with black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and lots of spices is perfect for potlucks or family gatherings.

In a sizable skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes, or until browned.

Stir and cook the cumin and chili powder for about a minute, or until fragrant.

Add the flour, stir, and cook for another minute.

Place the meat in a sizable slow cooker.
