Air Fryer Calzones With Two-Ingredient Dough
These quick and easy calzones are made with two-ingredient dough and cooked in the air fryer.
To make a soft dough, combine flour and yogurt in a bowl.
Transfer to a work surface that has been lightly dusted with flour.
Make a thick circle that is between 1/4 and 1/8 inch in diameter.
To cut out 4 circles from the dough, coat the rim of a cereal bowl (or other smaller bowl) with flour and press it firmly into the dough.
Each circle’s bottom half should have pizza sauce spread over it, leaving about 1/16″ of space around the rim.
Mozzarella cheese should be sprinkled over the sauce, followed by four slices of pepperoni.
To create a half circle, fold the top half of the circle over.
To seal, press the edges together.
Using a fork’s tines, completely crimp each half circle’s sealed edges.
