Honey Mustard Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner with Potatoes and Corn
With this quick and simple dinner recipe, you can cook potatoes, corn, and chicken with honey mustard on the same sheet pan.
Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
In a resealable plastic bag, combine potatoes, olive oil, and seasoning salt.
Seal and coat with a toss.
Place potatoes on the bottom third of the baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix the butter and corn onion.
To fully incorporate the butter, thoroughly combine.
Cooking spray the opposite side of the sheet pan, then add the corn mixture, leaving room for the chicken breasts.
Corn and potatoes should bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.
In the meantime, season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
Combine honey, mustard, and mayonnaise.
Bread crumbs should be put in a different bowl.
Chicken is first dipped in a honey-mustard mixture, then it is breaded.
