Khachapuri
An Eastern European delicacy from Georgia known as Khachapuri is homemade bread that has been filled with Muenster cheese. It is perfect for breakfast or as a party snack.

2 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt should be combined in the paddle attachment-equipped bowl of a stand mixer.

In a 1-quart saucepan, combine the milk and margarine.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until the milk is very warm and the margarine is mostly melted, about 5 minutes.

On low speed, stir the milk mixture into the flour mixture just until combined.

Increase the speed to medium and beat for two minutes or until smooth.

Beat in the remaining 2 cups of flour until a soft dough forms.

Change to the dough hook and knead for 10 minutes or until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Fill a greased bowl with the dough.

To coat, turn over.

Cover and wait about an hour for the amount to double.
