Lemon Rosemary Salmon
An easy yet impressive rosemary and lemon salmon, baked with bright, savory flavors. This dish works as a weeknight meal or special occasion dinner.

Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).

In a baking dish, arrange half of the lemon slices in a single layer.

Add two rosemary sprigs to the layer before adding the salmon fillets.

Add salt to the salmon, then add the remaining rosemary sprigs and lemon slices on top.

Add a drizzle of olive oil.

Bake the fish for 20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork, in the preheated oven.
