Oven Roasted Ribs
When grilling season is over but you still want tasty, tender ribs, try these slow-roasted ribs with a sweet and tangy sauce!

Oil is heated in a pan over medium-high heat.

In hot oil, cook and stir onions and garlic for 4 to 6 minutes, or until fragrant and soft.

Stir in the chili sauce, beer, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and dry mustard before bringing to a boil, reducing heat to low, and simmering for 20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and the flavors come together.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

For an hour, bake the ribs in a baking dish in the preheated oven.

Return the oven, spread the sauce over the ribs, and bake for an additional hour, or until the ribs are tender.
