Thanksgiving Leftover Wontons with Cranberry Salsa
Wontons, those small crisp appetizers originally from China, get a new fusion of flavors when stuffed with a creamy turkey filling and served with tangy, spicy cranberry salsa.

In a bowl, combine the dried cranberries with the lemon juice; set aside.

In a different bowl, thoroughly combine the turkey stuffing, cream cheese, and turkey gravy.

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the filling into the center of a wonton wrapper and place it on a work surface.

Then, fold the wrapper in half lengthwise and use a fork to press the edges together.

Moisten two opposite edges of the wrapper with a finger dipped in water.

Salt the wrapper generously.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
