Stir until batter is just combined before adding nuts and raisins.

Fill the prepared loaf pans with the batter.

Cook in the preheated oven for about an hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

15 minutes of cooling in the pans are followed by removal to finish cooling on a wire rack.

Set oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees C).

Blend ponzu sauce.

In a big bowl, combine 1 cup cilantro, pineapple juice, mint leaves, fresh ginger, sesame oil, chili oil, and brown sugar.

Chicken should be added and coated.

Retain the marinade and remove the chicken from the ponzu sauce mixture.

Dutch oven or large pot heated to medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until browned.

Olive oil, onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, salt, and black pepper should be stirred in.

About 5 minutes should pass between stirring and cooking until the onion is soft and translucent.

Bring to a boil the chicken mixture after adding the reserved marinade.

Add cabbage and stir; cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until slightly wilted.

Pour pumpkin mixture over the cake mix crust.

In a small bowl combine 1 cup cake mix and 3/4 cup sugar.

Cut in 1/2 cup softened butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Sprinkle mixture on top of pumpkin mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 55 minutes.
