Breaded Chicken Limone

Breaded Chicken Limone

Breaded Chicken Limone
At a highly-rated Italian restaurant chain I ordered the Veal Limone with Tuscan Beans and Escarole. It was amazing, but a bit pricey. So I made my own recipe with easier-to-find and affordable ingredients: chicken breasts, navy beans, and Brussels sprouts.

Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).

Salt and pepper flour, eggs, and bread crumbs.

Only incorporate cayenne pepper into the flour.

Each breast is coated evenly after being dipped in flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs.

Put on a cookie sheet that has been greased.

15 minutes should be baked on each side or until crisp and golden.

Heat oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat while the chicken bakes.

Stir the Brussels sprouts and garlic together for about two minutes, or until the garlic releases its flavor.

No-Knead Artisan Style Bread

No-Knead Artisan Style Bread

No-Knead Artisan Style Bread
This crusty bread undergoes a lengthy, slow fermentation, just like you would find in an artisan bakery, to give it its complex flavors and chewy interior.

Combine the flour yeast and salt in a large bowl and mix to combine.

Add the water and herbs if using and mix well.

The dough will be very sticky and shaggy-looking.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside at room temperature for 18 to 24 hours.

Generously flour a work surface.

The dough will have risen and will be covered in bubbles.

Transfer the dough to the work surface and dust it with flour.

Fold the dough in half and then form the dough into a ball by stretching and tucking the edges of the dough underneath the ball.
