Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Combine green beans onion and bacon in a bowl.

Drizzle olive oil over green beans mixture and season with seasoning blend; stir to coat.

Transfer green beans mixture to a grilling basket or wok.

Place green beans mixture on the preheated grill and cook stirring every 10 minutes until tender about 30 minutes.

Add mushroom to green beans mixture and cook until tender about 10 minutes more.

Lightly oil the grill grate.

Place mushrooms over indirect heat cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Turkey giblets and savory pan drippings from your roasted turkey make the most delicious turkey gravy to drizzle over all your Thanksgiving sides!

In a saucepan, combine the turkey giblets neck and 4 cups water.

Bring to a boil.

Simmer for about an hour on low heat, or until broth is reduced to 3 cups.

When straining the broth, save 1/2 cup of the giblets.

In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and 1/2 cup cold water and stir until smooth.

Turkey drippings and strained broth are combined in a saucepan over medium heat.

Mixture of cornstarch should be whisked in before boiling.

Chop the giblets finely while the broth is coming to a boil.

Turn down the heat, add salt and black pepper to the gravy, and stir in the chopped giblets and hard-boiled egg.

Simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the gravy thickens.

An excellent but simple recipe for using up extra ground beef, elk, moose, or venison. It is easily multiplied and freezes extremely well. Serve with cheese and a tasty mustard sauce on crackers.

In a large bowl mix together the ground beef and water until well blended.

Season with garlic powder curing mixture liquid smoke and mustard seed and mix thoroughly.

It is best to use your hands for this – like meatloaf.

Form the mixture into two rolls and wrap with aluminum foil.

Refrigerate for 24 hours.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Remove foil from the beef and poke holes in the bottom of the rolls.

Place them on a roasting rack in a shallow roasting pan to catch the drippings.

Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven.

Cool then wrap in plastic or foil and refrigerate until cold before slicing.

Four eggs, three cups of flour, two cups of sugar, and one cup of butter make up the bulk of this traditional yellow layer cake.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Grease and flour three 9-inch round pans.

Beat butter and 1 cup of sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy.

The mixture should be noticeably lighter in color.

In a separate bowl beat egg yolks well then add to butter mixture.

Sift together flour and baking powder.

Add alternately with the milk to the butter-sugar mixture.

Beat well.

Add vanilla.

Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.

Add 1 cup sugar to the egg whites.

Fold into cake batter.

Divide evenly into three prepared 9 inch round pans.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes.

3 9-inch round baking pans should be greased.

In a saucepan over low heat, combine 8 ounces baking chocolate and 2 tablespoons cream; cook and stir until chocolate is melted, about 5 minutes.

Set apart for cooling.

Using an electric mixer, combine 1 cup butter, 1 cup white sugar, and 1 cup brown sugar in a bowl.

Once smooth, add sour cream, 1 cup coffee, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Blend the melted chocolate mixture in gradually.

Beat the flour mixture into the butter mixture until it is well combined and smooth.

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Fill the three prepared baking pans with batter.

This stew is great for St. Patrick’s Day. The mixture of the beef and Guinness is awesome! I usually add more beer than the recipe calls for. Serve with mashed potatoes.

Toss the beef cubes with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

In a separate bowl stir together the flour salt pepper and cayenne pepper.

Dredge the beef in this to coat.

Heat the remaining oil in a deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and brown on all sides.

Add the onions and garlic.

Stir the tomato paste into a small amount of water to dilute; pour into the pan and stir to blend.

Reduce the heat to medium cover and cook for 5 minutes.
