Tex-Mex Chicken Casserole
Your entire family will adore this hearty chicken casserole with nacho cheese-flavored corn chips as the crust.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish very lightly.
Corn chip crumbs should be distributed and pressed into the baking dish’s bottom.
Over medium-high heat, melt the butter in a sizable skillet.
Cook and stir the onion in the melted butter for 6 to 7 minutes, or until it is tender.
Stir the cream of chicken soup with the tomato dice.
In a big bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup with green chiles, milk, sour cream, chilli powder, and cumin.
Stir in the cooked onion and chicken.
Add Cheddar cheese on top after pouring mixture over corn chips.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes in a preheated oven, or until bubbling and cheese is melted.
10 minutes should pass before serving.
